Refund Policy

Bottechify aims to keep billing clear and fair for customers purchasing subscriptions, digital products, and automation services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how requests are handled.

Subscription Refunds

New subscription purchases are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Refund requests made after this 14-day window are not guaranteed and may be declined unless required by law.

One-Time Products and Services

Refunds are not available for one-time digital products, custom automation work, consulting, or other project-based services after service delivery has occurred or work has already been substantially performed. If there is a problem with a delivered service or product, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@bottechify.com with your name, purchase details, invoice or transaction reference if available, and the reason for the request. We may request additional information to verify eligibility before processing a refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may also depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Exceptions and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we identify abuse, fraudulent behavior, repeated refund misuse, or circumstances where the service has already been fully consumed, delivered, or customized beyond the initial scope.
