These Terms of Service describe the expectations that apply whenever you explore our site, sign in to one of our platforms, or hire us for a service engagement.

Accessing or using Bottechify services means you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific agreements we publish. You must stop using the services if you disagree with any part of this document or notice an update you cannot accept.
Bottechify provides AI-powered SaaS solutions, companion mobile applications, web automation, integration work, and strategy or implementation consulting tailored to your workflow. Features, automation scopes, reporting tools, and support levels vary by plan, platform, or project agreement. We may bundle managed services, API access, and professional services under a single engagement when we supply bespoke deliverables.
You agree to keep any account credentials secure, supply accurate information when you register or submit work requests, and use the services lawfully and respectfully. Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass security mechanisms, and do not supply data you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for the legality of the data, instructions, and content you upload.
Subscription fees, project fees, and any add-on service charges follow the plan, invoice, or proposal you accepted. Recurring charges may be processed by trusted payment providers such as Paddle, which may act as the merchant of record where applicable. Payments due on renewal dates may be billed automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal. Missed payments may trigger service suspension, delayed delivery, or termination.
Bottechify and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in our platforms, automation scripts, proprietary models, dashboards, trademarks, and related materials. You retain ownership of your own data and content, but grant us a limited right to host, process, and use that data as necessary to provide the services you requested.
Bottechify provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bottechify during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the services in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users. You may stop using the services at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations and any rights or licenses already granted under these Terms.
We may update our services, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, email, or account interface. Continued use of the services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
